When I realized they gave Helios mamo’s golden crystal I was so angry I threw my book across the room.
I love the dedication of the animators. They kept such an amazing continuity about not just locations but even some outfits. Usagi wears her Usui shirt on more than one occasion. new manga release
I don’t go shopping a lot and had asked for the re-released manga for Christmas - as such, I hadn’t been to a book store since early August. My new husband and I went browsing just before Thanksgiving in a Barnes and Noble and when I saw Sailor Moon volume 2 and Code Name Sailor V #2 sitting there on the display table, I started to cry.
I hate, hate, hate how Rei/Mars is always put before Ami/Mercury in intros and songs and whatnot. When introducing the senshi, SailorMoon media usually goes in order of when the senshi showed up—Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus (since she didn’t actually appear in the manga/show until after the others), Uranus/Neptune, Pluto (as an actual character and not just a mysterious guardian), and Saturn. A part of me really doesn’t want a redub of the anime…only because I absolutely love the DiC/Pioneer voice actors. Even though I’ve seen all of Sailor Moon subbed with the original Japanese actors, to me, the original English speaking actors are the Sailor Senshi.

99.9% of the time I ship Usagi and Mamoru, no questions asked; however, the episode where Usagi and Seiya go on a date to the carnival is one of my all time favorite Sailor Moon episodes.

After I seen Sailor Moon for the first time I fell in love with Tuxedo Mask…. so much so that I went out and bought a mask, top hat and cane like he owns and hid them in my cupboard, only to be brought out when I watched marathons of the show :P

As much as I’d love Sailor Stars, there’s just…so much I find to dislike about it.
The anime rendition of Eternal Sailor Moon is at the top of the list.
